Had such things like an iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a TV, rooms were big size. It had an own bathroom. The staff were lovely, I appreciated them all👌

I was eager to visit Baan Thai Surin Hill, and I chose Bangtao Beach Garden for its convenient location. The housekeeping service twice a week was a pleasant surprise. The fully-equipped kitchenettes with full-sized refrigerators/freezers, stovetops, microwaves, and separate dining areas were also impressive.

Minor issues with leaky ceilings and a broken microwave were quickly fixed by the lovely staff. The hotel was slightly out of the way in terms of food and drinks.

Wanted to see Bang Tao Beach popular places and this apartment was easy base for exploring most of them...

I recently stayed at a spacious apartment with excellent facilities in Bang Tao Beach. The apartment had a superb kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, perfect for a long stay with my family. We enjoyed two swimming pools, a gym, and a beautiful garden. The location was great, with walking distance to lovely hotels, bars, and a 7 Eleven. The customer service was top-notch, with prompt replies and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this place for a family vacation.

While the apartment was spacious and well-equipped, there were a few drawbacks. the electricity bill was unexpectedly high, even though we used it wisely and ate out most of the time.

I had the whole apartment to myself, which was great because I don't like sharing. The pool was refreshing, and the gym was a good place to pretend I exercise.

Oh, imagine carrying my own luggage up the stairs! How dreadful!

It was easy base for visiting most Bang Tao Beach attractions.

The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated in a Thai style. We loved the easy access to the main pool, a lush oasis with plenty of plants and trees. The insect screens allowed us to open the doors for fresh air without the worry of mosquitoes. the apartment was well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

While the pool area was well-maintained and clean, we found that there was a lack of shade. It would have been nice to have parasols by the sun beds to provide some relief from the sun.

It was located in a perfect area next to the property is a restaurant. Not to mention proximity to Surin Beach, that was 20 minutes walk away...

I always return to my favorite place in Phuket. The staff's help with finding my lost earring made me choose this spot every time. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, parking, kitchen facilities, AC, airport shuttle. Excited for New Year!

The apartment at Bangtao Beach Garden was perfect for my family. The spaciousness and well-equipped kitchen were great for cooking meals. The big pool and beautiful garden were a delight to relax in. The staff was extremely helpful and quick to respond to our needs.

The apartment had two bathrooms, a living room, a TV room, and a nice balcony. We also enjoyed renting a scooter for easy exploration of the nearby beaches. The real estate manager promptly fixed a broken TV during our stay. Highly recommended.

I always stay at this place in Bang Tao Beach. They helped me return my lost documents which was nice. It has everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, Air conditioning, and Fitness center. Coming back for Christmas!

I chose Bangtao Beach Garden because of its convenient location near the Green Elephant Sanctuary Park. I was pleasantly surprised by the housekeeping service, which was provided twice a week. The kitchenettes with full-sized refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and separate dining areas were also a great feature that I liked about the apartment.

No lift; had to carry luggage and heavy water bottles up and down. Beware of electricity charges, quite exorbitant.
